How long does it take to set up an account?
Orders
are usually set up within the hour during normal business hours (9am
- 5pm / GMT / Mon - Fri).

What happens if I go over my data transfer (bandwidth) limit?
You can monitor your bandwidth usage from within your web hosting control panel. If you do happen to reach your bandwidth limit, or go over it, we will inform you via email and give you the opportunity to upgrade your account. Upgrading of accounts are seamless and will not result in any downtime. Alternatively to upgrading your account additional bandwidth can be ordered at 99p (inc. VAT) per 1 Gigabyte of Data Transfer from your control panel.

How much do you charge for domain registration?
We
can register your .co.uk, .me.uk or .org.uk for £5.00 per year including VAT.
.com, .net, .org, .biz or .info domains for £10.00 per year including VAT.
All UK domains names are registered for a minimum of 2 years.

will be billed annually, and reminded of renewal two months, 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week and 1 day prior
